Terms and Conditions

Payment

• An 80% deposit is required before we begin processing any order.

• Please email proof of payment to zan@amigoman.co.za.

• All quotations are valid for 7 days only.

Artwork & Design

• A 5% color variation may occur in the final product. For best results, please provide CMYK Pantone colors. We are not liable for color differences if these are not provided.

• You will receive an artwork proof for approval. Please review it thoroughly for design, spelling, and color accuracy before approving.

• Note: Colors may appear differently depending on your screen. Once the artwork is approved, we are not liable for any issues unless the product differs from the approved proof.

Production and Delivery

• Once a sample is approved, any changes will incur additional charges.

• Goods remain the property of Amigo Industries until full payment is received. No orders will be released without full payment.

• Upon receiving your order, please check within 5 days for any issues. After 5 days, the order will be considered accepted.

Cancellation of Orders

• Should you cancel your order, a cancellation fee will be charged.

• No refunds will be issued once an order has been placed.

Collection of Orders

• Orders are ready for collection within 2 to 6 weeks after we’ve received your deposit and approved artwork.

• For urgent orders, please contact our sales team for special arrangements. Rush orders will incur additional fees.
